Burn Law in Effect

Virginia's spring fire season is here; with it, the 4 p.m. burning law takes effect. Between Feb. 15 and April 30, open-air burning is restricted until 4 p.m. each day.

If you choose to burn after 4 p.m., take the proper precautions: http://ow.ly/GT7I50MStep
